Participation Requirements
GFTN-Bolivia's participation general process are the following:
- Send an application form to the GFTN-Bolivia coordinator
- Prepare a company profile including general information, products, species, raw material and volumes
- Adopt and implement a Responsible Purchasing Policy of forest products
- Assess - with support from GFTN-Bolivia Coordinator - the current situation of the participant's forest products supply
- Design an Action Plan with specific activities to fill the gaps identified in the previous assessment
- Communicate the implementation of the Responsible Purchase Policy to partners, CEOs, employees, suppliers and customers
- Work in compliance with WWF and GFTN-Bolivia Participant Claims Guidelines
- Sign a participation agreement with WWF Bolivia
- Agree to a follow up monitoring regarding the achievement of the Action Plan
- Present a yearly report to GFTN-Bolivia regarding the achievement of the Action Plan
