How to Participate
1. Application
Submit a completed application form. The form can be obtained from the GFTN manager. It is advised to read the GFTN Participation Rules before completing the application form.
2. Initial Screening & Risk Assessment
A Baseline Appraisal is undertaken to assess current level of compliance with standard
3. Baseline Appraisal & Action Plan
Based on the Appraisal results, an Action Plan is developed showing how progress will be made to full certification within agreed time frame
4. Independent Verification
Independent Verification of both Baseline Appraisal and Action Plan carried out by GFTN-approved auditor
5. Participation Agreement
Based on the verification document and a public commitment to improve management, a Participation Agreement will be signed between Indonesia FTN and Applicant
6. Six Monthly Progress Report
Participant must provide a six-monthly progress reports on the Action Plan. The report may be audited from time to time
7. Renewal/ Termination
If targeted progress is achieved, membership will be renewed. If progress is not achieved, membership will be terminated
